Who can employ PALM workers?

Only approved employers can hire through the PALM Scheme.

 

Lucky for you, Tribe is one - meaning we handle the hard stuff while you get the right people, when you need them.

Who employs the workers – Tribe or my business? 

​

Tribe is the official employer.

 

Taking care of everything from recruitment in the Pacific to onboarding, visas, immigration, mobilisation and payroll. You get skilled, work-ready people without the admin headache. 

How quickly can you fill roles?

Once your recruitment application is approved, it’s typically an eight-week turnaround to get workers on the ground. We work closely with government Labour Sending Units and keep you in the loop every step of the way. 

How long can PALM Scheme workers stay in Australia?

​

PALM Scheme workers can stay and work from 9 months up to four years, offering stability and reliability and a crew that’s ready to roll! 

What are the Visa requirements?

​

PALM workers come in on a Temporary Work (International Relations) visa (subclass 403). We manage the entire process, working with the Labour Sending Unit to get it sorted so you don’t have to.
